CRM Project Analyst

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a CRM PROJECT/BUSINESS ANALYST to assist with the development of process re-engineering within technology and infrastructure services for improvements in customer relations. The role will expect to provide diverse skills and will be accountable for successful delivery of effective Business Analysis, Data Analysts, Report Analysis and Test management.

Reporting to the Senior CRM Project Manager, this role is about bringing the appropriate analysis to the implementation.

YOUR SKILLS AND BACKGROUND:

- 6-8 years experience across roles including Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Reporting Analysis and Test Management, particularly in projects involving business process re-engineering, or business transformation
- Experience in CRM toolsets; MS Dynamics CRM preferred
- ITIL knowledge and certification highly desirable, Familiarity with the PRINCE2 Project Management methodology, tools and techniques.
- Past experience with IT Service Management practices and processes
- Strong stakeholder management across multiple organisations
- Proficiency across the MS Office suite including Visio, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong leadership skills and Superior oral and written communication skills
