Rate: €1,020,00 p/day

Our client is about to start with a high impact CRM implementation. Therefore we are looking for the right person to fill the position as Programme Director CRM Implementation. As Programme Director you will interact with managers/directors all over the BA and also with IT. You will also inform on a regular basis our clients IT and CS board members.

This complex and high impact project has an estimated time line of 2 years.

You have the following key tasks:

You are responsible for a smooth and effective CRM implementation.

Manage multi skilled teams in an effective way. Manage the project within time and budget.

Microsoft Dynamics would be desirable.

Communicate with all relevant stake holders. Embrace agile working and act as a sponsor of it.

To be successful in this role you have the following qualifications:
Experience as a Senior program manager/director
Proven track record of managing successful multimillion projects

15 years of experience in IT and project management
Experience in high impact implementations (CRM preferred)
Experience in a large complex international organization
Affinity with enterprise architecture issues/challenges
Proven skills in dealing with strategic, highly complex issues, problems and challenges in changing context
