CRM Manager

CRM Manager - Tadworth

Our client a large Pharmaceutical company is looking for a CRM Manager to be based in Tadworth for a 6 month contract.

Prior Experience Required:
Experience in data management and in the use of CRM systems.
Experience with SalesForce.com, system specification and roll out.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (must be fluent English). Must be able to communicate across all levels in the organisation and able to lead in a cross-functional environment.
Working knowledge of veterinary/pharmaceuticals markets, products, and regulations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Candidates must have strong analytic skills and be comfortable with statistics and quantitative analysis.

Prior Experience Preferred:
A good understanding of Siebel and some experience working with it.
Ability to formulate proposals and solutions in response to business and internal customer needs, excellent listening and communication skills, diplomacy, ability to interact with various populations.
