Microsoft CRM Dynamics Developer/Designer for a customer based in the Dublin area

As part of our growing relationship with our large multinational customer base we are seeing an increasing demand for experienced professionals across a wide technology stack. Predominately within the Microsoft space.

We are currently looking for a Microsoft CRM Dynamics Developer/Designer for a customer based in the Dublin area, this customer is a specialist within the Pharma industry and are looking for the skills of an experienced CRM professional. This is initially a 6 month contract with a high possibility of extending.

SOME RESPONSIBILITIES WITHIN THE ROLE:

- Scope, define, develop and implement process creation
- Enhance & Improve within the Microsoft CRM Incorporating Business Analytics (BI) reporting
- Provide on the job training to designated staff ensuring skill transfer and ensure SOP's are completed in line with agreed process changes
- Scope and recommend changes that progress the client to meet its objectives of optimizing CRM use
- Review of changes and alter when required
- Support the development of CRM map/framework reflecting migration path to achieve optimal use
- Completion of SOP's

SOME EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Minimum of 5 year's experience with Microsoft CRM Dynamics
- Candidates must have at least one current Microsoft certification in Dynamics.
- Strong experience in the areas of Scope, define, develop and implement process creation
- Strong problem solving and coding skills
- Excellent customer service skills
