CRM Content Creator (m/f/d)

For our client we are looking for a CRM Content Creator (m/f/d) - 100% remote

Your tasks:
- Interpret creative briefs to understand project requirements and develop concepts for the

execution of email campaigns
- Maintaining a constant flow of information and collaboration with the relevant

stakeholders on large and small-scale marketing projects
- Based on high-quality research and inputs, writing explicit and error-free content for

various marketing and communications materials
- Adjusting the content for the proper subscriber segments at the right time to drive engagement,

revenue, and customer lifetime value
- Completing several rounds of revisions and edits based on internal feedback
- Edit and proofread copy
- Providing multiple versions of key email elements for A/B testing
- Stay current on the appropriate style guidelines and brand voice for consistent

messaging and provide feedback on the newly created brand communication guidelines to
perfect the external communications content
- Creating multimedia (images, GIFs) and text content for the email marketing promo and

brand campaigns for the following markets (US, DE, GB, AT, CA, with
the emphasis on US)
- Collaboration with the brand team in the creation of new assets that will be distributed

and used on a global level with local adaptation

Your qualification:
- Very good experience in copywriting
- Very good at content creation (email marketing proven track record)
- Knowledge of Email templates
- Basic knowledge in coding capabilities to add extra features to emails
- American English native speaker
