CRM Business Process Manager - Amsterdam - English - €725 p/d

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an experienced Business Process Manager to provide CRM Process Area expertise to maximise business value from the various CRM implementations underway,

Our end-user client, a leading multi-national with a number of major SAP CRM, Cloud for Customer and Salesforce Programs underway is seeking someone to perform the following:

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- TRUSTED CO-PILOT of the Global IT CRM Manager by ensuring optimal process governance is in place, providing timely & accurate inputs for decision making
- INTERACT REGULARLY WITH BUSINESS & IT STAKEHOLDERS to understand business requirements for approved initiatives, drive closer business & IT engagement, improve business satisfaction towards IT
- CLOSE INTERACTION, ENGAGEMENT AND SMOOTH WORKING RELATIONSHIP across other IT departments and with external stakeholders like vendors, contractors etc.
-MAINTAIN COMPLETE AUTONOMY for execution of the CRM activities to meet the needs of the business once strategic decisions are made by the CRM Manager.
- SELF-STEERING AND PROACTIVE EXECUTION of all specific Roles & Responsibilities on integration programs, strategic & business as usual initiatives, continuous improvements, application life cycle management, knowledge management and other deliverables assigned by CRM Manager

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Minimum 7 years of IT and Business/Industry work experience within CRM application (SAP CRM/Salesforce/Cloud for Customer)
- Been part of large and complex global multi-million dollar implementation programs with experience in process lead roles, working on design thinking, application selection, blue printing, design, build, testing, deployment and user training
- Deep Salesforce expertise including implementation, support & integration with SAP. Knowledge of SAP CRM, Cloud for Customer.
- Has proven ability to contribute to key deliverables & improvements in this area including work on transformation, innovation & continuous improvement

START DATE: ASAP

RATE: €725 per day

INTERVIEW TIMES: can be arranged immediately

DURATION: Until 31st December 2017 - option to extend
