CRM BUSINESS AND DATA ANALYST
On behalf of our client we are looking for a CRM Business and Data Analyst for a contract role based in Zug. We are looking for a driven and hardworking, English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- As a Business Analyst prepare functional requirement specifications related to VEEVA CRM and QLIK BI related projects and enhancements and monitor their execution
- Analyze Medical Veeva CRM & Analytics Business requirements in close collaboration with EU Medical Business partners and IT Functional Leads and convert them into requirement specifications
- As a Data Analyst analyze Veeva CRM data structures and data flows into Qlik Sense BI and improve data quality
- Analyze data structures and data quality in Veeva CRM and data flows from Veeva CRM to Qlik Sense BI
- Identify data quality issues and get them addressed in close collaboration with our EU+ Data Steward community
- Execute reports in QLIK SENSE in order to analyze data and execute ad-hoc data analytics requests
- Identify Medical report gaps and get them addressed in collaboration with our BI teams
- Set-up and maintain master data and reference data in Veeva CRM and BI
YOUR PROFILE SHOULD INCLUDE:
- Experienced business & data analyst in the VEEVA CRM & QLIK BI DOMAIN with proven track record and AT LEAST 10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
- Medical and/or Commercial experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry
- Knowledge in VEEVA CRM and Qlik Technologies, ideally in QLIK SENSE
- Self-driven and readiness to be "hands-on" for data analysis, report generation and execution.
