CRM-Business Analyst - Salesforce (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Coordinate and monitor business/process-wise rollout activities incl. reporting
- Sales processes (Lead to Order), CRM and Salesforce products (Sales & Marketing Cloud), SAP S/4 Hana
- Analyze demand in business + process deviations and translate it in requirements/change actions
- Identify requirements/impacts for template build

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong professional experience in CRM implementation, process harmonization and digital transformation projects
- Strong process view and ability to understand business models, organizational patterns and needed key capabilities
- Relevant experience (senior role), preferably in large companies or consultancy with business and technology focus
- Fluent English skills
