CRM Business Analyst (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-Support company’s strategic objectives and business requirements with the help of a sound functional CRM experience
-Provide support throughout the entire rollout life cycle to ensure that the product meets company’s goals, business needs and requirements
-Contribute to the Product Vision
-Participate to the Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective ceremonies
-Be an active contributor in the delivery of training material, processes documentation and Gap Analysis, for production release as well as for migration and transition
-Support Key Users in testing activities, providing guidance and listening to their enquiries
-Ensure post Go Live support of deliveries, with end users and Development/Support Teams

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Experience in IT projects, ideally in the Logistics industry
-Experience in Workshop Management and team building spirit
-Familiarity with Software Design and Development
-Process-, system- and data orientation
-Experience in Agile Scrum methodology
-Used to multi-cultural teams including off-shore organizations
-Strong knowledge in CRM products (MS Dynamics and/or Salesforce)
-Customer service orientation
