A fantastic opportunity has become available for a CRM BUSINESS ANALYST to work on a CRM project. You will be responsible for drawing out needs from a business needs gathering exercise, identifying common and unique business needs, participating in requirements gathering and documenting requirements as well as documenting review results and outcomes.

To be a successful candidate you will possess the following:

- Extensive business analysis skills in customer facing roles
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Business Analyst working on a CRM Project
- Working with SAP ByD ERP and CRM is highly desirable
- Previous experience working with key stakeholders
- Change Management skills desirable
- The ability to review business processes, update/create test scripts and support testing
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
