CRM Business Analyst

My NHS Client, based in London, are looking for a CRM Business Analyst / Consultant to join them on a 6 month contract. They are looking to pay £340 per day. You will be involved in the production of a Financial Business Case for implementing CRM solution managing patient and stakeholder relationships. This includes: · Identifying high-level costs · Identifying high-level business requirements · Review of current engagement processes · Working with internal stakeholders identifying potential economy of scale/efficiency savings through increased centralisation of enquiry handling/scheduling. The successful candidate must have: · Experience of Business and Workflow Process Analysis · Understanding of CRM technology and the potential benefits in a large Healthcare provider setting · Experience of Financial Business Case production · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Experience of engagement with senior stakeholders · Experience of implementing CRM technology in large/complex organisations If you are interested in this position, or know someone who is, please forward me your CV ASAP, and I will call you directly.
