Credit RISK Officer - Property RISK Analysis

Credit Risk Officer resp for credit risk analysis, structuring of transactions and sanctioning with a focus on large/unusual transactions incl residential & commercial property, super yachts, private jet financing and leverage. Expertise in these areas is required.

Prepare credit papers for presentation & submission to a Level 1 sanctioner/WCC/GCC. Preparation of high quality credit papers and must have excellent technical credit skills in HNW and corporate analysis. Also, cash flows analysis, projections, strong background in residential and commercial property lending. Working knowledge of traded products, derivatives and risks involved in these products. Exp of private banking essential with an understanding of investment products. University degree or similar.
