Credit Risk Business Analyst, Investment Bank

My Client is one of Europe's leading investment bank and are looking for a Basel II Business Analyst to join their team implementing change within their credit risk and regulatory reporting team.

Business Analyst Duties:
The business analyst will be heavily involved in the re-engineering and streamlining of the Basel II or credit riskreporting processes.
The business analyst will be Involved in the delivery of new systems and metric for the senior risk management team. The business analyst will be interacting very closely with the risk managers to understand business requirements on various topics before then producing a detailed business requirement document.

Business Analyst requirements:
The candidate will need to demonstrate that they have experience in delivering projects to time scale and budget.
The business analyst will ideally have come either a credit risk or regulatory background
Having the ability to work at a conceptual level and translating these ideas into detailed plans to achieve the desired outcome.
A proven track record of delivering risk projects
Development of Basel II control related frameworks (eg limits, trading mandates, pre-trade approval processes).
A Strong understanding of Basel regulation, governance and control standards.
Some Project management skills (status reporting, issue tracking and escalation).
