CREDIT RISK BUSINESS ANALYST
On behalf of our client, a leading global company within finance, we are looking for a Credit Risk Business Analyst. For this contract position based in Zürich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible. Main responsibilities:
- Close engagement with different stakeholders
- Define requirements and represent them in the delivery of their reporting infrastructure
- Ensure that the business requirements are defined in line with the target operating model
- Addressing existing ''pain points'' issues and gaps against applicable regulatory requirements
- Effective liaison with IT professionals working as
- Development of uses stories, requirements specifications, functional specifications, business presentations, report mock-ups, dashboard wireframes, data mapping, testing and training documentation
The skills and experience needed for this position are:
- 3-5 years of experience within business process analysis within a large financial institution
- Experience in a change environment
- Excellent understanding of credit risk
- Proficient understanding of front to back systems, data, calculations, processes and current regulatory regimes and requirements within risk functions
- Effective stakeholder management
- Significant experience of embedding new risk management systems in a complex organisations
- Solid understanding of Regulator delivery programs in Risk functions
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Fluency in English - German would be an advantage
