Credit Risk/Basel II/BIS/IT/Agile/Business Analyst

Activities:

You act as a pro-active partner towards our business partners and proactively gather requirements for the development of a credit risk IT solution for the business
You have knowledge of and understand the business plans, the IT strategy, and the systems and tools at our disposal.
You are working continuously on improvement of our knowledge and competences to serve our business partners better.
You act as a bridge between our business partners and other units within your business line to ensure an effective and efficient translation of their needs to appropriate and sustainable IT solutions.
You pay attention to tailor-made communication and documentation.

Must-haves:

* Experience: 3-5 years experience in international wholesale or retail banking and/or 3-5 years experience in business analysis (preferably in Basel regulatory related projects)
* You are familiar with the complete chain from user to development and test
* You have proven experience in business analysis in the Credit Risk BIS II domain and familiar with BIS II terminology
* You have working knowledge of Use Case diagrams and Use Case specifications.
* You should have a full understanding of what is required for the Agile way of working.
