Credit Controller

Credit Controller/Oxfordshire/3 months initially/Multiple positions

My client is currently looking for a highly motivated credit controller and team player, you will be working in a fast pace but enjoyable environment

My client work with a lot of Government departments, knowledge of their processes would be required. The Systems used are Sage 200, Salesforce, Opus, MS Outlook, Excel and Word.

Major functional objectives

*Credit Control - Management of 800 accounts
*Cash Posting - daily
*Dealing with Queries by email and phone
*Reducing Bad Debt to under 75 days - Reducing DSO - Monthly
*Managing AR email box alongside their own
*Administration (credit notes and invoicing) - daily. Raising the credit notes and re-invoicing
*Producing and sending Monthly Statements

Required Skills and Experience:

*Knowledge of Sage 200 advantageous
*2 years credit control experience
*Social skills
*Cash posting experience
*Good query resolution skills
*Cash posting
*Statements,
*All month end procedures
