Credit Control Analyst

An Opportunity has arisen for an experienced Credit Control Analyst to join Randstad Financial & Professional's client based in Edinburgh, This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous experience in the Financial Services field to join a market leading organization.

Key responsibilities for the Credit Control Analyst will include:
- Collect outstanding debts in a timely manor by utilizing phone and email
- Effectively manage and maintain internal and external client relationships
- Provide progress updates on collections and other associated issues to internal contacts and managers
- Maintain detailed records and information relating to client communication and events leading up to payment
- Responsible for own ledger of accounts

Key skills for the Credit Control Analyst will include:
- Strong sense of accountability with exceptional organization and time management skills
- Competent with data manipulation, data sorts, lookups, formulae and using pivot tables
- Ability to assume additional responsibilities and manage multiple tasks under pressure in a timely fashion
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Continuously demonstrate first class client service skills while showing empathy and still being able to secure the desired end result
