Our client is looking for a Credit Control Administrator to join their busy admin team for an initial 2-3 month period. This is a Full time role in Livingston, West Lothian working 5 days per week and offering between £9-11 per hour.
ROLE:
This role within the administration team involves the proactive management of a variety of account invoices, following the issuing of these invoices right through to their completion and eventual settlement. This role would suit an ambitious individual with strong organisation skills and an excellent ability to communicate and manage multiple work streams.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Excellent telephone manner
Good standard of written/spoken English
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office software.
Excellent team work skills
Strong and professional personality and ambition
