CRB Recruitment Administrator

CRB CLEARED RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR....NORTH HAMPSHIRE....3 months.....8-10PH

My client based in Hampshire are looking for a CRB Cleared Recruitment Administrator on an initial 3 month contract (with potential for long term extension)

You will be working as part of the resourcing team, providing a high standard of support for all areas of the recruitment process.

You will be providing effective recruitment administration support including

- Contract processing
- Arranging interviews
- Processing invoices from agencies
- Raising vacancies on the recruitment system
- Producing vacancy reports
- Adhoc Administration

You will also be

- Taking full ownership of the recruitment system, identifying opportunities to improve and streamline process through better utilisation of the technology
- Providing managers with flexible support, advice and guidance on raising requisitions, utilising the most appropiate method to ensure vacancies are raised efficiently
- Identifying the correct authorisation trail and work with the business and resourcing partners to ensure efficient approval of vacancies
- Use good IT skills to devise recruitment MI tools-eg trackers, databases etc

You must have
- Solid experience working in a administrative position ideally within a HR/Resourcing function
- Good IT skills with word and excel
- Some previous experience in the use of an application tracking system or a form of database
- The ability managing a diverse workload with ever changing priorities
