CQ5/AEM Developer - London

CQ5/AEM Developer is sought by leading digital agency for 12 month contract in Central London.

OVERVIEW:

- Experience in building web sites for well-known brands and experience in working for a web agency on design led projects (> 5 years)
- Excellent understanding of Java and associated technologies (> 5 years)
- Experience of Enterprise solutions based on Adobe/Day CQ5 (> 1 year) or other enterprise CMS systems (> 3 years)
- Hands on experience working with Linux OS
- Demonstrable experience with clustered Application Server environments

GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF THE JAVA ENTERPRISE APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT PROCESS:

TDD process and tools (JUnit and Mockito),

- BDD process and tools (Cucumber, Specs or JBehave),
- Continuous integration practices and tools (Bamboo, Teamcity, Go or Hudson)
- Version control (SVN or Git)
- Browser testing tools such as Selenium Web Driver
- Knowledge and use of design patterns in building applications (OO, SOLID and DRY)
- Knowledge in architectural patterns (SOA)
- Practical knowledge of presentational web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). We have a dedicated Interface Development team, but you will be working alongside our Front End specialists.
- Knowledge of XML and related technologies
