CPE/Home Gateway engineer,
A leading telecoms company in Belgium are searching for a CPE/Home Gateway engineer to work in the engineering tam responsible for the introduction on new technologies, features and functionality in CPE equipment (ie Cable Modem, IP Router, WIFI Access Point etc). The CPE/Home Gateway engineer will be expected to have knowledge/experience of TCP/IP, TCP/IP routing, IP connectivity (QoS, QoE, IP performance etc), TR-069 (Configuration management). IT would be highly desired for the CPE/Home Gateway engineer to have knowledge of WIFI & DOCSIS.
Essential Skills:
- Senior engineer with background in Home Gateway or CPE (ie Cable Modem, IP Router, WIFI Access Point etc)
- Knowledge/experience of TCP/IP, TCP/IP routing, IP connectivity (QoS, QoE, IP performance etc), TR-069 (Configuration management)
- Ability to define acceptance test plans
- Ability to interact with Vendors
Desired Skills:
- Experience with WIFI
- Experience with DOCSIS
