Cover Supervisors - Islington

Cover Supervisors Needed for Secondary Schools with 6 Months or More Experience in the UK Required for Outstanding Schools in North London. The position will be paid on time sheets on a long-term supply basis or short term contract and may include the planning, marking and preparation of work as well as parents evenings and staff meetings as required.

These roles would suit both qualified teachers and experienced cover supervisors.

* Prepared to commit to these fabulous supply opportunities initially on a day to day basis with a view to more long-term opportunities
* A cover supervisor or qualified teacher with over 6 months experience of working in UK secondary schools
* Able to inspire and motivate KS3, KS4 and KS5 children of mixed abilities to enjoy and improve their confidence in the classroom
* A strong classroom manager with the ability to use inspiration techniques to create order and deal with challenges
* A great role model with a real sense of responsibility for the outcomes of the classes you supervise
* Used to working as part of a team to enhance the overall abilities of children across the school
* Approachable and have a calm and communicative approach to problem solving
* Able to demonstrate the ability to engage children in the work that has been set and encourage results
