Whether you are looking to work full time or part time around your other commitments (childcare, studies, sports coaching etc.), Capita can offer you flexible hours working within our Secondary Schools.
As an experienced Cover Supervisor you will oversee classes of students aged 11-16, covering a variety of subjects and managing the behavior of the students in accordance with the School policy.
You will be covering in the Teacher's absence therefore strong classroom management skills are a must as you will be solely leading the class.
Candidates must have experience of working with young people within a classroom setting however training will be provided for candidates who do not have experience leading in the classroom.
This position is subject to references and an Enhanced DBS check.
