CoSy Project Support Officer

Proteus Europe are proud to say that one of our prestigious clients based in Brussels are looking to hire a skilled Project Support Officer to join the COSY Project team. You will take responsibility of PSO tasks and have a balanced workload of around 50% IT tasks and 50% support to e-2-e Project Leader.

Start Date: ASAP.
Duration: till 31/12/2013 with possible extension(s).

Tasks:

- Clarity set up and administration.
- Planning follow-up and link with capacity.
- COSY clarity reporting (end-2-end - all entities).
- Sharepoint management.
- R&I/action log follow up.
- Ad hoc organisational support.
- Ad hoc project management support (reporting/presentations).
- Minutes of team meetings and some committees.
- Project documentation versioning.
- Project Reporting.
- Change requests logging and follow up.
- Alignment with other PMO levels of the bank (TPMB, Entity, Project Quality Mgr).
- Good Speaking, Writing and Understanding of French, Dutch and English.

Required knowledge/experience:

Education & Soft skills:

Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience.

Team player. Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude. Analytical and structural thinking. Autonomy, commitment and perseverance. Hands-on can-do will-do attitude. Flexible, Reliable & Open minded.

Experience: Min. 4 years of relevant experience in a project management environment

Technical experience/knowledge:

- Clarity.
- Sharepoint.

Mandatory:

- Good knowledge of Clarity.
- Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Sharepoint, PowerPoint).

Preferable:

- Banking Industry Knowledge.
- Knowledge of Harmony is a plus.
- Knowledge of credits domain is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management is a plus.
