Projektbeschreibung
.Tasks
The contractor shall support the HPPO with tasking which would include, but are not limited to:
*Provide support primarily to the HPPO and Service Areas with budget preparation;
*Provide support in cost modelling and price proposal preparation;
*Provide assistance in standardising budget preparation across the Service Line;
*Provide assistance in preparing budget forecasts across the Service Line;
*Prepare budget reports for the HPPO and Service Line Chief;
*Prepare the Quarterly Financial Report for the NSII service line;
*Assist with financial queries and issue;
*Analyse spending patterns and monitor budget consumption;
*Create, manage and update SharePoint pages and lists as necessary
Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
