My client, a leading automotive manufacturer, based in Warwickshire, are looking to recruit a Cost Engineer to join their Manufacturing Engineering division on a long-term contract basis.

Position Description:
Cost Engineer

Skills Required:
Automotive estimating knowledge with financial structure acumen of component costs

Skills Preferred:
PC Skills including MS Excel, People Skills, Teamworking

Experience Required:
Experience in automotive sector estimating & calculation of component costs and associated manufacturing process knowledge.

Experience Preferred:
Financial knowledge and negotiating skills.

Education Required:
Preferred education to Degree level or as a minimum either HNC or HND in recognised Engineering discipline.
