Cost Code Administrator

Harvey Nash is looking for a Cost Code Administrator for a 6 month project (50%) in Switzerland.

The role is for a candidate responsible for Product Master Data, Prices to Affiliates and third party customers as well as for Supplier Prices (Cost of Goods) and entering them into APLs JD Edwards system.

You are responsible for

. The Global Master Data setup for all Custom Paks into JDEdwards including supplier price and intercompany Transfer Prices. Custom Pak master files also include Cost of Goods sold (COGS), Unit of Measure, Bill of Material and Customer Price
. Intercompany Transfer Price process for defined Area and review correctness of approval process
. Collecting related approvals from Area Regional Management and Area Controlling
. opening and maintenance of article master data files for Alcon manufactured products in JDE including Cost of Goods sold, unit of measure and Transfer Price to affiliates
. Price Voucher Authorization process (PAV) for third party customers, collect related price approvals from Area/Regional management and Area Controller and review correctness of PAV
. Supporting Area controllers in customer price related tasks
. Performing back up during vacation period within the CCA department

Requirements

. Commercial apprentice degree, Business School Diploma, University degree
. 1-2 years experience in Administrative Functions in an international organization
. Fluent in English both written and spoken, knowledge in German/French or any other language is a plus
. Knowledge in supply changes flow
. Collecting Price approvals and entering Data into ERP
. Competent skills in the use of ERP, Microsoft Word, Excel and outlook
