Corporate Tax Manager

The role will have day - to - day involvement in UK and US Corporation Tax, compliance and advisory for Visa Europe. The Corporate Tax Manager position will report to the Head of Tax.

CORE TASK:

- Assisting in preparation and submission of UK and US CT Returns for Visa Europe companies.
- Assistance in preparation of tax accounting for the Group.
- Assisting the Head of Tax in providing tax support and advice to the Business.
- Providing tax planning and compliance support regarding the tax position of Visa Europe representative offices and the roll out of the European Hubs.
- Ad hoc project work as required by the Head of Tax

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

- Experience of dealing with Corporate Tax issues in a commercial environment.
- Good excel skills and familiar with Oracle
- Good technical knowledge of Corporation Tax. Some experience of the tax treatment of permanent establishments .
- Analytical skills with good attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:

- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- 2-3 years post Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA and/or CTA (or equivalent)
