Corporate Governance Manager (9 month Fixed Term Contract) A top tier Bank inLondonis seeking a corporate governance manager immediately to come on board for a 9 month maternity cover. You will be working with the business to identify potential risks and controls caused by new product implementation within a variety of infrastructure areas such as compliance, tax, legal, market risk, credit risk, regulatory reporting, financial reporting, product control, IT and operational risk. The right candidate will have: -3 to 5 years experience within a tier 1 or 2 investment banking environment -Significant product governance experience -Broad knowledge of different asset classes including FX, Credit, Interest Rate and Treasury -Accountancy qualification -Significant internal audit / compliance monitoring experience of treasury products Location - City Salary - £400 to £500 This is a fantastic opportunity for a compliance / audit professional with solid financial services experience with immediate availability for employment.
