CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with SAP America located in NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA.

- Corporate communications
- Change management
- Communications planning

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Communications planning and execution for internal communications, and corporate topics.
- Working with program leads in the career and Talent Management team within Global Human Resources, the candidate will identify needs of employee audience and create aligned communication plan and deliverables to support the following areas:
- Career success centers: global/virtual and pop ups - developing global plan and package for rollouts to be implemented regionally
- Early talent
- Fast Track
- Other parts of career development; ie, ad hoc items such as the 360 feedback program launch (employee portion).

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Several years of experience in hands-on design and implementation of communications concepts and plans.
- Experience in communications to more than one influencer type (media, bloggers, analyst, governments officials, and employee communications).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in communications for change management processes.
- Professional communicator who is not shy to express opinions and consult others on communications activities.
