The technology we provide gives customers a clearer picture of how their entire portfolio is performing, putting them in control of their investments through their Financial Adviser.

We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Actions Administrator to join our team based in central Bath to assist with a Conversions Project on an initial 6 month Fixed Term Contract within the Corporate Actions department.

Responsibilities

- To process all Bulk Conversions on our internal systems.
- Contact Fund Managers for balances of our stock holdings and reconcile to our internal systems
- To deal with any client/IFA/internal queries and be point of contact on timetables for implementation
- Being an established source of knowledge to all IFAs, clients and other staff members
- Record and complete MI on a daily basis

Experience/Qualifications

- Experience within similar administrative role within Financial Services
- Reconciliation experience (ideally from within stock/fund management environment)
- Hard working and high level of attention to detail
