Copywriter PC Banking Business

Context
The PC Banking Business program aims to further improve and extend the online platform of our company for its enterprise clients.
The Candidate will join the team "Process & Change management Channels for Enterprises" within the Business Operating Office (BOO) of CPBB where he/she will
take the role of Copywriter for the PC Banking Business platform.

Function Description
- Content management of the PC Banking Business platform: mainly internet site content, creation and translation of FAQ, help files.
- Ad hoc requests (creation/translation of documents, mails, texts etc.)
- The candidate will be working in a project environment, this means he/she will be in contact with different departments and profiles (business

analysts, IT, project managers, communication, marketing etc.). It is important that good relationships are maintained with those stakeholders.
- This also means that a project planning will need to be followed. There are 3 main releases a year. Before the release there is a test period. In this

period we ask flexibility and presence of the copy writer to quickly answer questions and resolve defects related to content management of the platform.
- The candidate will be part of the Process & Change team Channels Enterprises and will report to the Change manager of PC banking Business.
- We are looking for a candidate that can work full time (5 days / week)
