Job duties:
- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities for restaurant;
- Plan, develop menus and ensure food service quality, establish food costs;
- Supervise kitchen staff and make schedule for them;
- Arrange kitchen equipment's reparation and purchase;
- Recruit, hire and train kitchen staff;
- Clean kitchen work area.
Terms of employment:
Two years for the period from January 01, 2014 to December 31, 2015.
Wage: 12.50 per hour
Skills requirements:
- Education: Minimum one year occupational educational training.
- Work experience: Minimum six months Restaurant working experience.
