In this position you are responsible for supporting the financial/business management of Prime Services Technology You will help in managing and tracking resources including Permanent Staff, Contractors, Open Positions, New Hires, Consultants and Service Centre staff. In this position you will collaborate with functional COOs to ensure approvals are in place for all spend (headcount, consultancy, software, travel etc.) Budget/Forecast Preparation: work with managers and user groups to determine budget and monthly forecast for staff costs, vendor contracts (software and consultants) and other operating expense line items.
