Hello bank! an international initiative, is the first mobile bank in Belgium and Europe: "Mobile, just like you".
Hello bank! is the bank of the mobile generation, launched in the 4 domestic markets: Belgium, Germany, France and Italy.
Function Description
- You manage day-to-day conversation on Social Media and the Community platform and you ensure that key messages are spread on all Hello bank! channels.
- Together with the internal communication team, you participate to advising & elaborating recommendations regarding content strategy and management.
- You will do the copywriting for the content and will help for special campaigns.
- You will publish the content via a content planning tool or via the Social Networks and the Community Platform themselves
- You will have to report about benchmarksome are ad hoc thanks to several tools.
- You will ensure coordination with other departments on relevant topics when required.
