Controls and Compliance Analyst - 6 months - Warwick - Negotiable Daily Rate

A leading Energy and Utilities client of Hyphen is looking for a Controls and Compliance Analyst to join the Business at their Warwick Site.

The role will be interfacing with external auditors to ensure that the Compliance and Controls team continues to deliver audit requirements and that the implementation of audit points is carried out by the Service Provider. The successful candidate will be identifying key compliance weaknesses and proposals and implement remedial action as appropriate.

Key skills/Experience:

- Sarbanes-Oxley compliance experience (execution, testing and consolidation), experience and/or knowledge of regulatory or operational controls, or wider internal controls framework.
- Strong technical accounting or audit skills
- Experience of writing Process Flow Commentaries, Risk and Control Matrices & test scripts to high standards
-Strong understanding and experience of testing IT General Controls
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, proactive self-starter with the ability to manage own workload to time.
- Performing regular ad-hoc risk reviews and identifying and promoting best practice
- Likely to be a trained accountant or audit specialist (ACCA/ACMA/ACA)
