Controller

For our client in Basel we are looking for a Controller for a Project of 5 months

You have the following Tasks:

- Prepare monthly reporting and variance analysis (cost/FTE)
- Manage monthly closing activities like accruals, re-bookings in collaboration with the Accounting department
- Process Service Level Agreements between Global IT function and service receivers/providers and ensures proper actual charging
- Provide and consolidate forecasts and budgets for cost/headcount and ad hoc analysis

The requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance or commercial training (eg vocational qualification in accounting).
- Fluent in English (oral and written); German (a plus)
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Finance department (Controlling) of international companies where she/he acquired experience in cost analysis, project tracking and actuals vs budget reporting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical skills and attention to details
- Expert knowledge of Excel required
- Experience in SAP & BI (or any other Data warehouse tool) would be a plus
