Control and Reporting Manager

CONTROL AND REPORTING MANAGER - 6 MONTHS - LONDON

My Client, a leading energy provider based in London, Is urgently seeking an experienced Reporting and Control Manager to join their busy team for a minimum of 6 months.

This is a full time role, working between the hours of 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

THE ROLE

To manage the delivery of all key reporting processes (monthly reported results, KPIs, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets) and ensure that all key stakeholders have a clear understanding of the performance of the joint venture in both financial and non-financial terms, by providing comprehensive analysis and commentary. Specific responsibility for managing:

- The delivery of the Joint Venture financial reporting requirements
- The delivery of the specific reporting requirements of The Crown Estate
- The delivery of the reporting requirements of the partner companies

CONTROL AND REPORTING QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

- Qualified Accountant with significant PQE and experience of working in a managerial role within a
- finance team.
- Excellent track record of delivery within a financial reporting discipline.
- Experience of managing JV relationships and delivering partners' expectations.
- Effective leader with a clear vision in terms of prioritising operational and strategic responsibilities and
- the ability to communicate at all levels within the organisation.
- Pro-active person who anticipates issues and problems and puts into place effective strategies to
- manage these.
- Detailed understanding of relevant IT applications/systems
- Understanding of requirements of the control environment and ability to apply these to working
- practices.
- Commercially aware, self motivated individual
- Extensive knowledge of key Financial, Commercial and associated policies and procedures
