Contracts Solicitor

The Company

Our client is a major Private Sector organisation currently going through a period of change

The Role

Negotiate, draft and review complex sales, services, licensing, outsourcing and related agreements Accurate, skilled and fast drafting ability with a heads down productive approach
Ability to negotiate as part of a team
Act as legal advisor to the management and the business
Provide rapid, proactive, practical, business-oriented legal advice
Analyse and interpret law, rulings and regulations that affect company and recommend changes accordingly

Our preference is that the contractor has the following experience and attributes:

Up to 2 years post qualification experience practising law at major law firm and/or multinational company, with focus on commercial contracts
Flexible attitude
Experience in IT contracts
Results-oriented thinker with self-initiative and able to interlink both legal and business perspective Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, including an accurate, clear and concise drafting style
Sound user experience with MS Office especially ability to use redline to mark-up agreements

Salary & Benefits

£40 pound per hour on an ongoing contact basis.
