WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Owns and fulfills quarterly customer sales reporting and rebate payments
- Performs ad hoc contract analyses for Sales and Marketing leadership
- Support Pricing Committee in recording meeting minutes
- Review contract pricing and terms and route contracts for execution
- Fullfill Sales Team requests for term sheets and contracts
- Create product price increase notices for contracted customers
- Owns and Maintains GPO/PBG/IHN membership lists
- Maintain and update contract library of both electronic and physical records
- Maintain and update multiple contract tracking files for use by Contracts Manager
- Ensure all newly executed contracts have all required A/R paperwork
- Collaborates to comply with legislation on pricing, including Sarbanes-Oxley, Federal Ceiling Price, Federal Supply price calculation/response.
- Reply to other government or contractual requests for pricing/contracting information; primary liaison with legal to review contracting agreements
- Maintains archives of pricing decisions and contractual agreements.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- BS/BA, Business related field; sales training or equivalent on USA vaccine products.
- Ability to manage without authority, successful in sales or another field where influence accrued from relationships and communication skills.
- Two or more (2+) years of US Vaccine/Pharmaceutical experience (including field sales, market research analyst, and sales management with contract pull-through duties, or contract management- hospital/vaccine preferred).
- MS Office expertise
- Basic SAP end user experience
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills;
- Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills
- Organized, accurate, and attentive to details
- Capable of working in an autonomous environment
- Ability to grasp/understand technical concepts and applications
- Desire to take initiative and assist as needed
