CONTRACTS ONBOARDING COORDINATOR - MAIDENHEAD - 6 MONTH CONTRACT

CAPITA MANAGED SERVICES are looking to recruit a CONTRACTS ONBOARDING COORDINATOR to join our busy Business Support Team, working alongside our Managed Service recruitment team.

Our CONTRACTS ONBOARDING COORDINATORS are responsible for processing all new contractors and issuing contracts accurately and efficiently in line with agreed compliance and time-scale targets.

Core duties and responsibilities include:

* To act congruently with the Capita culture, taking an active role in the On Boarding Team for Managed Services accounts.
* To assist in raising the Capita profile across the Managed Services Client community by acting in a professional and helpful manner
* Request all contractor registration documentation from the contractor and conducting reference checks, adhering to standard processes
* Responsible for the offers in-box, ensuring that all emails are handled within 24 hours and recruitment checklist is completed correctly
* Ensure all contractor and contract information is input accurately into the internal contract and ATS systems
* Liaise closely with candidates, 2nd tier suppliers and the recruitment team to ensure the process is managed through in an efficient, timely manner
* To issue contracts and chase contact returns as appropriate, updating systems accordingly
* Activating contractor system accesses for timesheet submission

To be considered, candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:

* Computer literacy: intermediate MS Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly
* Proven accurate data entry: able to process large amounts of information quickly, maintaining a high level of attention to detail
* Experience in a Customer service environment
In addition, knowledge of the whole temporary recruitment life cycle would be highly beneficial.
