ASAP- 6 months - Nottingham - Contracts Manager

Working within the Commercial arena we are looking for a Contracts Manager to manage all related activities.

SKILLS REQUIRED
Metering experience or Utilities background.
Contracts Management experience to cover full life cycle, ie writing contracts, monitoring against SLA's, problem resolution.
Liaising with both internal and external Stakeholders, looking after the existing service provider contracts within metering/utilities discipline.
Demonstrate contract management experience
Negotiations skills
customer care skills with the ability to influence
PC literate
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Be able to work under own initiative and prioritise their workload
Ability to deliver to required timescales.
Be a team player
