Projektbeschreibung
Required by client's project management team to prepare and administer Contracts and Procurement associated with an oil and gas project.
Duties:
A) Preparation of Call for Tender and other administrative documents in line with associated contracting strategy and tender evaluation procedure.
B) Place contracts and purchase orders.
C) Assist in contracts and Procurement procedure preparation, being involved in the processing and update of the documentation.
D) Attendance at meetings needed and travel as necessary to meet project requirements.
E) Have a good knowledge of the main disciplines of contracts award and claims settlement.
Location: Rome
Duration: 12 months renewable contract
Status: Resident
Languages: Italian/English
Qualification: Degree or equivalent
Experience: 5 years in civil works contracts and procurement
