For our Client, an international Bank based in Zurich, we are looking for a

CONTRACTS, EMPLOYMENT & CORPORATE LAWYER

Location: Zurich

Duration: 4 months

YOUR ROLE
Do you have experience dealing with contracts, negotiation and analytics on contract details? Do you enjoy analysing legal documents and questions as well as searching for solutions?

We're looking for someone like this to:
- Check/analyze existing client contracts for different business segments
- Draft (and negotiate) contracts for asset management businesses
- Give clear and concise legal advice to our businesses and functions

YOUR TEAM
You'll be working in the Asset Management Legal Team in Zurich consisting of several legal specialist, which is responsible for the legal coverage of different client segments of the Asset Management depaartment of the Bank. The team is responsible for supporting a special project on legal matters and analytics with respect to all client segments of Bank's Asset Management.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

You have:
- a university degree in law, preferably from a Swiss institute
- 1-2 years of relevant experience as contract lawyer or similar
- a general understanding of banking, preferably Asset Management
- willingness to engage in project work
- excellent communication skills and the ability to work together with internal and external stakeholders at different levels
- strong hands-on approach, creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, team-playing and self-motivation

You are:
- a strong written and verbal communicator, with solid judgement
- known for hitting deadlines and comfortable working in a dynamic legal environment
- know how to use Microsoft Office specially Excel
- fluent in both German and English with the ability to draft and negotiate contracts in both these languages, French language skills would be an asset
