Contracts Administrator - Contract Work - Immediate Start

Project People are currently recruiting for a Contracts Administrator on behalf of a broadcasting services company located in West London. This is an initial 3 month contract with a view to being extended.

This opportunity would suit a diligent, methodical and experienced Contracts Administrator with knowledge of commercial contract law.

As Contracts Administrator you will be responsible for the transition of existing customer contracts to the new contracts, as well as:
- Supporting pre-sales during contract finalisation and hand over stages
- Maintaining a complete and accurate record of all customer contracts
- Maintain a database of key contract terms and conditions, dates, milestones etc
- Manage and issue contract key date schedule and associated reminders
- Manage central contract change system to track change requests
- Reporting on contract status

Required competencies:
- General knowledge of commercial contract law
- Ability to work with multi-discipline teams across a Matrix organisation
- Diligent, methodical and precise
- Confident of taking ownership of given tasks
- Excellent English verbal, written and presentation skills
- MS Word super user
- SAP, CRM or other contract management database

This position may require travel to Europe
