MY DUTIES:

- Support general administrative contract management needs of Risk, Contracts & Compliance
- Manage and track contracts through internal approval and internal and external signature process to final execution, as per local DoA or pre-agreed signer pool by contract type and/or category
- Manage contract mailing, including: copying, collating, assembly, and distribution services
- Ensure that contracts are appropriately archived in GRACE, including C2R GRACE upload request, scanning and distribution
- Ensure all executed hard copy contracts are archived as per CoreMap regulations and supports the management of storage at IRON Mountain
- Assist in contract management system data clean-up effort
- Management of New Vendor Request or Change Vendor requests via MDG-S or via Supplier Onboarding Tool once live for the site
- Define documentation and knowledge sharing framework – Accountable for accessible documentation of GHPT services and key contacts and ensure appropriate communication through established business partner and stakeholder communities. 
- Accountable for maintaining accurate data records to enable KPI’s and audit support if needed

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- You have dealt with internal and external international customers 
- Used to working in a fast paced environment with a busy work load bound to deadlines 
- Familiar with systems (SAP) 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat & Google Mail and related Docs 
- Experience in dealing with senior leaders 
- Ability to work for stakeholders not in the same location 
- Good understanding of optimal process flows 
- Good understanding of regulations, compliance and legal requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken English (other languages are an asset) 
- Basic understanding of Pharma industry 
- Good knowledge of software applications (SAP) and Microsoft
- Office tools and Google Mail
