CONTRACT DURATION 3 - 6 MONTHS

A long established and very successful Bolton based business, focusing in E-commerce retail, has a requirement for PHP & MySQL Developer to join the company. As an experienced developer, you will be well versed in developing and maintaining PHP-based websites, which are either framework based or hand crafted. You will be tasked developing the existing website, as well as enhancing and maintaining existing web projects.

CONTRACT DURATION 3 - 6 MONTHS

Write clean, maintainable and efficient code

Design robust, scalable and secure features.

Contribute in all phases of the development life cycle.

Drive continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies into design.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

- Two + years OsCommerce or CRE Loaded development experience.
- Essential Skills (minimum 2 years) PHP + MySQL, JQuery, CSS - (Bootstrap or similar)
- HTML 5, XML, Ajax, Json, Git knowledge and experience will be useful.
- Good working knowledge of Magento platform may be useful as future migration is possible
- A firm grasp of Object Oriented Analysis and design.
- Passion for writing great, simple, clean, efficient code.
- Good knowledge of relational databases.
