Contract Multi-Channel Project Manager

Project Manager - eCommerce - Multi-channel - Mobile - Tablet - Retail - London - Contract

JM Digital are recruiting for a contract Project Manager for a national retailers multi-channel programme. This retailer recently began investing heavily in improving the customers experience across all their sales channels, eCommerce / mCommerce and in-store, and will need to make significant changes to their technology solutions to achieve their goals.

You will project manage the delivery of technical projects as well as having some involvement in user experience design both for eCommerce and mobile. Occasionally your experience may be called upon when defining requirements but the main objective of the role is delivery focused. Most of the work over the next 12 months will be orientated around multi-channel consolidation and introducing new features / products to the shopping experience.

Essential experience:
- Track record of delivering tough projects and overcoming challenges independently
- Able to handle projects concurrently
- At least 5 years experience in eCommerce (some of which with another retail business)
- Solid understand of multi-channel retail and multi-channel customer engagement
- Confident working as the bridge between the business and technology teams
- Used to working in Agile
- Experience with out of the box eCommerce solutions (Hybris, IBM Websphere, ATG etc...)
