LOCATION: BRISTOL
DURATION: 6+ Months Initially with possible extension
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Background: Candidates must have public sector procurement background
JOB DETAILS:
- Candidate will be responsible for senior buyers and develop a robust communication process with both suppliers and customers.
- Candidate will be sourcing the market and negotiate with suppliers in order to achieve best value for money.
- Candidates will be responsible in putting contracts together and managing any contract-related issues.
- Qualification: Chartered Institute of purchasing and Supply (CIPS) will be desirable
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Public sector Procurement experience
- Ability to work-under pressure
- Previous experience in Managing staff two or more staffs - Eg. senior buyers
