Contract Manager wanted for one of our clients in the pharmaceutical sector based in Basel.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Commercial apprenticeship or several years' working experience in a similar demanding/hectic environment
- Excellent IT office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Marketing experience advantageous
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- General administration support (eg analysing PO's Sales, checking contracts and discounts)
- Supporting the contract management process (checking all returned contracts, sales, discounts, etc.)
- Cooperating with BI and Sales as well as getting approvals
- Reporting of any complaints (eg Adverse Event or Quality complaint) within 24h from the receipt to the ASSA Regulatory Affairs department in accordance to the valid local SOP's
